What time do I need to book a pick-up?
This is the most frequent our guests ask about, so we suggest booking your transfer at least 1 day in advance to secure your seat. Generally, you can request the pick-up time freely, but for more efficient driving pick-up time also will depend on your hotel location and travel plan, feel free to contact us to consult about it.
Here's an example of leaving from Pemuteran to do a midnight hike to Kawah Ijen to see blue fire, you need to start from Pemuteran at 11 PM. Staying at a resort in Ubud/Munduk/ Kuta is better to get picked up earlier at 7 PM.

Our driver will meet you at your hotel lobby mostly 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
How to book a ferry ticket?
Our driver will drop you off at the Gilimanuk Ferry entrance, and he will help you to buy the ferry ticket easily on the spot at the counter, it will cost roughly IDR 20.000/Person. The pier runs 24 hours, mostly there will be one ferry to cross every 30 minutes. It takes mostly 1 hour to cross by ferry from Bali to Java, will take longer when the weather is bad.
What is and isn't included?
The transfer rate includes being picked up from your hotel or villa by an English-speaking driver with an air-conditioned SUV for 1 – 4 passengers or a Toyota Minivan for 5 – 10 passengers. Our rates are all-inclusive and there are no hidden costs.
How much does the transfer service cost?

You can also book an add-on transfer from Ketapang Ferry Port to your hotel in Bali, some hotels are located within walking distance from the pier.
How to get to the hotel in Banyuwangi (Java)?
Arriving at Ketapang Pier in Java, you can find a public minivan (mostly blue or yellow) at the pier exit to take you directly to your hotel in Banyuwangi City. It costs starts from IDR 50.000 for 2 people, of course,, the price could change depending on your hotel location. Always ask the price and try to negotiate as the driver has no fixed rate.
Ordering a Grab Car could be easier, but you need to walk about 200 meters from the pier exit to meet your Grab driver because he can go further due to it being a RED ZONE.
You can also book a private transfer from Ketapang to your hotel in Banyuwangi, our Java driver will pick you up right at the pier exit.
